1. Siwin-M330A reacts with water or absorbs moisture from the air, thus it is crucial to keep it isolated from moisture during storage and production.
2. The dosage of Siwin-M330A can be adjusted flexibly in formulation design and can blend seamlessly with various fillers such as nano calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate, fumed silica, quartz powder, diatomaceous earth, and aluminum hydroxide.
3. To prevent pre-curing of the product, ensure that fillers are dry before use.
Siwin-V31 is commonly used as a water scavenger.
4. Common plasticizers include phthalates (PPG, DOP, DINP, DIDP, etc.) and low molecular weight polyethers.
5. For enhanced performance, you can incorporate additional additives such as
tackifiers, antioxidants, mildew inhibitors, and light stabilizers.
