1. Siwin-M330A reacts with water or ambient moisture, so it's crucial to keep it isolated from moisture during storage and production.
2. The dosage of Siwin-M330A in formulations is highly flexible and can be blended with various fillers, including nano calcium carbonate, heavy calcium carbonate, fumed silica, quartz powder, diatomaceous earth, and aluminum hydroxide.
3. To prevent pre-curing, ensure fillers are moisture-free.
Siwin-V31 is commonly used as a water scavenger.
4. Widely used plasticizers include phthalates (PPG, DOP, DINP, DIDP), and low molecular weight polyethers.
5. Achieve enhanced performance by incorporating additional additives such as
tackifiers, antioxidants, mildew inhibitors, and light stabilizers.
