This product is a new type of modified silicone rigid three-dimensional waterproof material for buildings. It is a colorless transparent or light yellow liquid with the main component being methyl silicate. Its efficient waterproof mechanism involves the generation of methylsilanol under the action of water and carbon dioxide. Methylsilanol further condenses and chemically reacts with building materials, forming a layer of insoluble waterproof polymer compound several molecules thick on the surface and inside of the structural material, creating a network of organosilicone resin film. This resin film offers advantages such as waterproofing, impermeability, moisture resistance, rust resistance, aging resistance, and pollution resistance, making it suitable for use in cement mortar, gypsum, perlite, reinforced concrete, waterproof coatings, and other fields.

1. Before use, conduct a small sample concentration test to determine suitability for your specific use.2. The product has poor alkaline resistance, and high-alkaline cement may cause the failure of the protective layer, so be careful when using wet paste in contact with cement.3. This product is highly corrosive; avoid direct contact with skin. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water. If contact with eyes, wash immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention. Avoid contact with plants, glass, plastic, aluminum, and metals. Use protective gloves and face mirrors during construction. Avoid inhaling mist during open-air construction. Local exhaust is recommended when spraying in a closed environment.4. If the waterproofing agent concentration is too high, excessive spraying or not timely wiping the residual liquid may form a small amount of white sediment. Scrape the surface to remove if necessary.5. In winter, if the temperature is too low, the product may freeze. Heat to room temperature to restore transparency. The effective ingredients will not be destroyed.6. Clean the surface of the substrate before use. Fill cracks with putty or cement paste.7. Slightly wet the substrate surface before construction for absorption.8. Prepare silicon water by mixing silicone waterproofing agent and water in a 1:10-15 volume ratio.9. For surface spraying, ensure the base is clean and firm. Spray silicon water repeatedly 3-4 times for better waterproof effect.10. For waterproof mortar, mix Portland cement and sand with silicon water, apply in layers, and ensure each layer is 1cm thick.11. Use soaking, spraying, or brushing methods for construction. Let treated surfaces dry naturally before applying a second coat.12. Theoretical consumption after dilution: Stone 10~30m²/L, Brick 5~8m²/L, Wall tile surface 5~10m²/L.
